Wow, I am still recovering from last year’s Puerto Penasco Spring Break, things got wild down old Rocky Point, for startes, we rented some hotel rooms that are right on the Mirador, you know, very close to manny’s and Pink Cadillac, this was a great move on our side, we were just walking distance from all of these clubs, right in front of the water and right on the best pick up place on all of Rocky Point.
During the first night on last Puerto Penasco Spring Break, we just chilled down the street where everybody drives by and had a couple of beers, well, I guess it was more than a couple because I woke up at around 10 in the morning and had my face full of Cool Whip (up to this day, I still don’t know what happened exactly. On the second night I wised up and took it easy on the drinks, I was able to meet a lot of pretty people that were in town for the same reason I was, Puerto Penasco Spring Break Baby!!! After talking, I realized that all of them lived on the same city I do, it is crazy how you run into people that are your neighbors or classmates and don’t even know, we had some drinks but went to bed at around 2 in the morning because we had planned taking a cruise to Bird Island.
Waking up the next day was a lot easier that the day before, we took that cruise to Bird Island and it was ok, not that great if you think that for a couple of hours, all you are seeing is sea lions and piles and piles of bird’s manure. However, there is always something going on down in Rocky Point, I met the cutest hippie girls that seemed to love those things so I pretended to be interested in Sea Life and stuff (basically repeating something I heard on Animal Planet once) and they bought it, we went for drinks after the cruise dropped us and have been really close friends since then.
